BARMM's Strategic Investment Priorities Plan (SIPP) identifies 13 priority categories. BARMM is targeting a 1-day business registration time through the Bangsamoro Business Name Registration (BBNR) digital platform under the Bangsamoro e-Governance Master Plan (BEGMP).
