What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, checks, and government purchase orders. For LGUs, we work within GPPB procurement guidelines. Annual subscriptions can be paid quarterly for budget flexibility.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan for qualified organizations. This includes full access to all features, onboarding support, and sample data to help you explore the platform. No credit card required to start.
What happens after my 14-day trial ends?
Your account will be paused, but your data is safely preserved for 30 days. You can upgrade to any paid plan to continue, or export your data before the trial expires. We'll send reminder emails at day 10, 13, and on the expiration day.
What about data security and compliance?
All plans include enterprise-grade security with SSL encryption, regular backups, and compliance with Philippine Data Privacy Act. Enterprise and Custom plans include additional security certifications and audit logs.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or non-profits?
