The BEIE Framework (Bangsamoro Economic and Investment Ecosystem) groups BARMM's economy into 5 connected clusters — Foundations, Transformers, Enablers, Connectors, and Financiers — all under Moral Governance. Watch the orientation video if this is new to you.
Moral Governance means transparency, accountability, and Islamic ethics guiding how investment decisions are made — the "operating system" that determines whether all other clusters function well.
Foundations are the raw-material base of BARMM's economy: Agriculture, Fisheries, Forestry, and Energy. Everything else is built on top of these.
Climate Risk Assessment
El Niño drought caused ₱346 million in crop losses in Maguindanao del Sur in 2024. Rate how much of a risk this remains.
